La Rocca Camp has 7 new apartments, located in the western part (lower area) of the campground at 40 meters distance from the lake.
4/5 Beds: “GARDA”, “S.PIETRO” and “BARDOLINO”: 1st floor Comfortable apartment, with beautiful lake view, terrace (with table, chairs and sunshade). 1 Master bed room, leaving room with kitchen corner/dining table, pull-out couch for 2 people (+ 1 chair-bed in “Garda”), 1 bathroom with shower and WC.
6/7 Beds ap.“CANOVA” and “LA ROCCA”Spacious apartments located on the groundfloor, with view of the green surroundings and an outside patio (with table, chairs and sunshade). 1 master bedroom (open space with leaving room in the “Canova”), bathroom with shower/WC, living area with kitchen corner / dining table, pull-out couch for 2 people, loft with 3 beds.
2/4 Beds ap. "S.VIGILIO" and "CISANO":S.Vigilio is a single-room apartment with 1 master bedroom and a pull out couch for 2 people.
Cisano is a double-room apartment with one bedroom and a living room with a bed-couch and a pull-out chair both for one person.
Both apartments are provided with spacious terrace.
All apartments are completely furnished and are equipped as follows:

Costs:
The price includes expenses for gas, water, light, air conditioning, heating, final cleaning and various taxes.
Reservation and Deposits:
Reservation is requested (see price-list) and will be charged off from your final bill. Reservation fee is 25 Euro and is not refundable or deductible. There is also a (partial) damage deposit required of 100 euros which will be refunded upon departure after an inspection of the apartment and when no damage has been found.

before 10 am of the departure day, after that time another day of stay will be charged

Reservation Changes and Cancellation:
any changes of dates of the reserved period must be made until 30 days before the arrival date. Cancellation must be made at least 30 days before the beginning of the reserved period and will be refunded after reservation fee have been detracted. No refunds shall be made if the cancellation is not presented within this timeframe, unless one has purchased the “securebooking” guarantee.

"Secure Booking":
In case of cancellation it guarantees the reimbursement of the deposit until 7 days before arrival date. The service costs 20 Euro and can be purchased at the same time of the reservation.
