Damage deposit:
100 Euro at the check-in which will be refunded upon departure after an inspection of the maxicaravan and when no damage has been found.
Check in:
between 4 and 10 pm of the arrival day
Check out:
before 10 am of the departure day, after that time another day of stay will be charged
Reservation booking fee:
25 Euro non deductible or refundable.
Advance Deposit:
an advance deposit is requested to confirm the booking and will be deducted from the final bill.
Reservation changes and cancellation:
any changes of dates of the reserved period must be made until 30 days before the arrival date. Cancellation must be made at least 30 days before the beginning of the reserved period and will be refunded after reservation charges have been detracted. No refunds shall be made if the cancellation is not presented within this timeframe, unless one has purchased the “securebooking” guarantee.
“Securebooking”:
The purchase of "securebooking" guarantees the reimbursement of the deposit, in case of cancellation, until 7 days before arrival date. The service costs 20 Euro and can be purchased at the time of the reservation.
